-This is a London University dormitory project. Due to the high occupancy rate of students in the school environment, the desks, chairs, furniture, and luggage in the dormitory are frequently dragged. Therefore, the floor needs to be scratch resistant, impact resistant, as well as waterproof and fireproof, and safe and Eco friendly flooring are very important. We have configured this dormitory floor plan according to the requirements and perfectly completed the entire flooring project.
Client Requirements:
-Low budget: large procurement volume, prioritizing cost performance while also taking service life into consideration
-Durable and low maintenance flooring: no waxing maintenance required, each plank can be replaced individually for low maintenance.
-Fireproof flooring: campuses are crowded public places, so flame retardant grades must meet the required standards.
-Easy to replace and clean: frequent stains from beverages, snacks, ink, glue and more. So the surface needs to be dense and stain-resistant, it can be easily cleaned with just water.
